In 2002, Zhu Shuangdan returned to his hometown of Huashan Village from Guangdong with all his savings to build a factory. On November 18 of the same year, "Sunrise" was founded. It took only three months from the start of construction to production and operation. During that time, Mr Zhu had only one day off for the Chinese New Year. He clearly remembers that they spent less than two months producing the first 16 barrels of aluminium paste in the simple plant with only two sets of production equipment and three workers.
Moreover, these products were sold like hotcakes in Guangdong. This initial success allowed him to continue establishing production bases in Hefei, Tongling, Lu'an, and Inner Mongolia.
Hefei Headquarter
Located in Shuangfeng Development Zone, Changfeng County, the headquarters covers an area of about 2 hectares (21,333 square metres). The annual capacity of functional aluminium pigments is 2,500 tons.
Tongling Production Base
Located in Hengbu Development Zone, Tongling City, this base covers an area of 10 hectares (106,667 square metres). The annual capacity of functional aluminium pigments is 6,000 tons.
Lu'an Production Base
Located in Huoshan Economic Development Zone, this base covers an area of 9 hectares (86,667 square metres). The annual capacity of functional aluminium pigments is 10,000 tons.
Inner Mongolia Production Base
Located in Huolingol, Inner Mongolia, this base covers an area of 53 hectares (533,333 square metres). The annual capacity of functional aluminium pigments is 100,000 tons.
