Sunrise Aluminium powder and paste for AAC

Sunrise group uses molten aluminium comes directly from electrolytic aluminium production as raw material for AAC aluminium powder and paste production, which can avoid the destruction from secondary melting of aluminium and satisfy the needs of different industries on the aspects of activated aluminium content, conductivity, ductility, hardness and so on.

Sunrise Aluminium powder and paste for AAC follows the regulations of JC/T 407-2008.

Company Development

In 2002, Zhu Shuangdan returned to his hometown Huashan Village from Guangdong all his savings to build  a factory. On November 18 of the same year, "Sunrise" was founded. It only took three months from the start of construction to the production and operation.During that time, Mr. ZHU only had one day off for the Spring Festival. He could clearly remember they spent less than 2 months producing the first 16 barrels of aluminum paste in the simple plant only 2 sets of production equipment and 3 worker.
Moreover, these products sell like hot cakes in Guangdong nearned the first of gold and continued to set up production bases in Anqing,Hefei, Tongling and Lu'an.

Hefei headquarter
Located in Shuangfeng Development Zone, Changfeng County, covering an area of about 30 hectares (20,000 square meters). The annual capacity of functional aluminum pigments is 2500 tons.
Production base in Tongling city-Sunrise
Located in Hengbu Development Zone, Tongling City, covering an area of 300 hectares (200,000 square meters). The annual capacity of functional aluminum pigments is 6000 tons.
Production base in Lu'an city-Sunrise
Located in Huoshan  Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 100 hectares (66,000 square meters). The annual capacity of functional aluminum pigments is 10000 tons.
Production base in Shandong province-Sunrise
Located in Xinfa industrial park,Liaocheng City, Shandong province,covering an area of 80 hectares (66,000 square meters). The annual capacity of spherical aluminum paste is 20000 tons.
Sunrise group-Inner Mongolia production base
Located in Xilinguole, Inner Mongolia, covering an area of 800 hectares (500,000 square meters). It is expected to produce 100,000 tons of aluminum paste . It is expected to be put into production on May 1, 2019.
