Product Characteristics
Through organic/inorganic coating, a uniform and dense colouring layer is formed on the surface of aluminium flakes, providing aluminium pigments with exceptional properties such as high metallic lustre, excellent opacity, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, as well as vibrant and diverse colour effects.
Organic-coloured aluminium pigments are created by grafting organic colourants onto aluminium paste, with polymer protection ensuring rich, stable colours and good heat resistance.
Inorganic-coloured aluminium pigments are produced by coating water-based aluminium paste with iron oxide, achieving a pearlescent-like effect while maintaining a high metallic texture, high-temperature resistance, and acid and alkali resistance.
These pigments are widely applied in industries such as powder coatings, automotive coatings, inks, 3C products, and UV-curable applications.
